hello every one i been wondring all day whats the diffrent between the srt8 and the super bee when they the same motor 6.1 what maks them difrrent? let me knw
You get the cool little bee logo in your EVIC and the custom decals and the numbered plaque. These I know for sure. I also think you get the 0-60 timer, not 100% on that for all years though...
It's the trim package. Exterior and interior and they were a limited run (your's is of a numbered run -- I don't think the blue ones are numbered). So not only do you have the bee exterior you have that fine looking black interior trim too. Yes, Christian has the 0-60 timer (but I thought all '07s had that). I didn't know about the Bee logo in the EVIC. That's pretty cool.
got it and whats the EVIC a little help with that is that when i trun it on cuz a bee pops out in the dash boerd lol all so what about its history the old versions of the bee
the EVIC is the information cluster at the bottom of your speedo. if you look at the buttons on your steering wheel, you will see one on the right (to the left of the up and down arrows for you radio volume) a button that looks like a piece of paper (best way i can describe the little logo) on the top half of the button. press this and you will see different info come up on the evic display when the car is running. use the arrow button on the left side of the wheel to scroll through different displays of info. pretty cool stuff!! also, this is where you will find your 0-60mph feature. have fun!!!
Dodge made limited edition runs in both the 5.7 and 6.1 Chargers. For the 5.7 they are called the Daytona's. For the 6.1 they are called the Super Bee's. All of the limited edition Chargers (both 5.7 and 6.1) come with a special color, badging and numbered in the series. The 2008 B5 Blue Super Bee's do come numbered, but will Dodge send those owners a model car as a thanks, like they did for the 07 Super Bee owners. My 2007 Dodge Charger Super Bee SRT (993-1000).
Is that really a bee or is it a hornet? Wow FreebirdSRT, damn hot looking Bee! And Christian, it was nice to take a close look at your Bee last weekend. I love the little Bee symbol and the nice black interior. And I envy you for the 0-60 timer. '06 models didn't have those.
Yea Christian like Dave said, mechanically they're the same, it's just the interior (all black, carbon fiber, yellow stitching, bee logos, etc) and the exterior (yellow or blue) that are different. Sorry we didn't get to talk about this at the m&g, that's exactly the kind of stuff we should have be talking about there, lol!! Next time brudda, next time. Pretty much. When I was looking at an 08 Super Bee, my wife said, "You are NOT paying 4000 dollars for a stupid fucking bee!!"
not sure how your relationship is but I'd pull my wife close and look into her eyes as I bring her ring finger up to my lips and say "$4000 is small price to pay for my happiness." and then look right at the ring, like I'm looking for something in it.
My wife still doesn't get why I traded the RT for an SRT8 (at least though she didn't object in the end). My answer: so that my station wagon is faster than your little silly Cayman...

thank you for all the 411 and im sorry for thoes wifes dnt understand my girl loves the car and is in to muscles car (i got in to her head) but i still dnt like going shoping with her becuz she trys the whol store. and the shoes i totaly understand she wants a ne per every week but r relationship is great coug coug coug lol

Funny you say that. The Lambo owner was saying the same thing. He was drooling over my Bee and I was drooling over his Lambo as I am too big to ever own an Italian Pasta Rocket. So I stick to high horsepower SEDANS, lol.
