I managed to get away from the baby for six hours yesterday and so managed to see and hear some stuff... Spotted Anu (sp?) at the car wash where he was waiting on Mike to show up... sorry I couldn't stay, had errands. :bye: Overheard the most obnoxious cellphone call ever...how many times can a guy say "bro" in one phone call...or brag about his "whip" because its got a six-cd disc changer... Said guy was a skinny white dude, shaved head, black t-shirt with gold leaf skull, aging asian girlfriend and tada, new black Mustang GT that was parked next to my car while they were drying them both off. I saw the girlfriend make some sort of remark about my car before they drove off. Dude drives/parks like a chick too. Spotted a blue-greyish 300 SRT, guy didn't even notice me. :thongue2: Spotted a black skittle...guy didn't even look over...even though I was the huge black rumbly thing rolling slowly by on the left... Had some guys in a beat to hell chevy truck try to WOT at me. I gave them what for before driving off... And finally, got home and dealt with screaming bitchy baby...what a day..
I bet you enjoyed every minute of freedom you had too!!! I know you didn't drive fast either....that would have meant getting home that much sooner! Don't get me wrong, I love having a kid more than anything in the world...but, those moments of sanity sure are nice!
tell me about it rick!!!!! one of the reasons my trip to cali was sooooo enjoyable!!! that and finally meeting all of your guys!!! lol
Oh no, she's started the high pitched squealing now. Right in my face while I was napping too! Maddy's scream will scramble your brains and make your bladder constrict...jeeez... and my mother says she sounds just like I did...good lord.... And yes, I look forward to running errands...believe me...
I dunno. Redhead in hot car mebbe? Granted I used to get attention when I was running around in a Durango.
I tend to get the same sorta stuff Tam....POS trucks and cars go WOT on me trying to impress me or something and other SRT'ers just drive right on by and dont even so much as tip their cap :sorry:
SRT people usually nod and I nod back, but I do get some goosing the throttle from truck guys. If it's a HEMI truck I show em what it's got. If it's anything else, I just keep drivin'. Last week a Hemi truck guy just wanted to see it go, I hit it and we met at the next light. He said, WOW. I've never seen one go like that..and then I saw the SRT and knew why haha.
