meh, mine was a true x pipe. Guess they changed the internal design later on??? Not sure it is a con though.
i remember looking at mine when the exhaust was redone....it was as true as it gets!!! like ron, mine is an 06'..... if that makes any difference.....
Seems the jury is still out. Some guy looked at his '07 (build date 10/07) and he had a true X pipe. Could be a factory or mfg screw up? Interesting. One thing that's funny is that the OP modified his exhaust and says he lost a bunch of power. While he was in there he found the "not X" pipe. Now everybody assumes he lost power because of that...
i did not assume that dave....... i still do not think his "butt dyno" is calibrated correctly....hehehehehehe i have a VERY similar exhaust set up as he does, and mine definately DID NOT make the car lose power......
