do you think if i have no cats will it be a problem if i mix some 116 or lower ledded oct with some 93oct if ill have any problems
if thoae go out will i still get codes even with the diabil and would the hich octane eat through any hoses
Dont do it if its lead. I used some c16 with some regular 91 and it made my car die at idle It was a very long day trying to burn it all out of the freeway. I would get unlead race gas
i like the lead thoughe and did you have cats in in it cuz i wont and were do u get unleaded race fuel
Why do you like the lead? Lead was added to gasoline to help prevent detonation and as a side effect it protected valve seats from erosion. You don't need to protect your valve seats and unleaded race gas will give you plenty of knock protection.
cuz lead keeps the engine all lubricated whick is why it takes away nock and it makes it run better atleast in my other cars it did i had a dakota rt and a 66 cocorne 440 and every month i would mix some leaded 116 with 93 and i could definatly tell a diffrance way more smoother responses
