I used the transbrake, but I did it wrong. I still didn't mash the throttle to the floor, so there's still more in the 60' to be had. Next T&T is two weeks from today. I'll get there......

But yes - it is TONS of fun!!!

LOL. Don't know about that Sir, but I'm having tons of fun.

Thanks for everyone indulging me, as I realize this isn't SRT related.
It's kind of an "SRT guy steps it up a notch" kind of bio thing.

I'm hope I'm not being an intolerable bore, but it's just so dang fun!!

    Woooooot!!!!!

Didn't mach the throttle to the floor. Instead, just revved about 50-75%.

Still wasn't sure I knew what I was doing.

    I'll nail it next time.

But now I have to think about gear ratio. I'm running out of gear by 1000'. I have to either get a different rear end gear, or raise the rev limiter past 8000. Not sure that's too healthy. Although I've got Jesel shaft mounted rockers for my valvetrain, so I'm pretty solid.

What gear are you running??Im sure the easier way is to buzz that motor. But the wise choice will be a gear change or maybe tire size..??Buzzing that motor will take some longevity out of it..There for costing you more in the long run..No??

Ford 9" with allegedly 4.86 gears. But you know how that is. I bought a used car. I won't know for sure until i take it apart and inspect.
