first off let me say i am very surprised that i had a trip to zangara that didnt leave me cursing on the way out to the car. over the past couple of years i've had some really shitty interactions with service, parts and sales. today they redeemed themselves, or at least the service department did. i needed a bolt that parts quoted me 5 bucks and a week for, i decided to stroll over to the service department to see if they had any sitting around in their parts bin. i seriously expected to get a "fuck off" from the service adviser but he actually took me back to the techs, one tech actually spent a good 20min searching for a bolt. anyway i ended up with a bolt free of charge and a better mood. so for today i say thank you zangara.
Wow. If I need anything from Zangara, which is almost never, I will go see BJ (Swirlone) first. Good for you though Sean.
