Stick with the polished... you know that you will be doing more flashy mods in the future and you might get a great deal on a ploished intake and then you will kicking yourself in the ass if you go with the satin...

Me... if I get one.. I will go satin because I am a lazy ass will not take the time to clean it... and I am doing other satin mods...

hope this helps out a little bit...

polished will only entice you to spend more money making your bay "pretty". there are cars that go, then cars that show...not all of us can afford both. :bigwink:

Gentlemen, thanks for the initial replies and opinions.

I'm not so interested in a polished intake... but, I do like the clean look of the polished... I'm the anal-retentive type that will freakin' polish the thing weekly... and NOW (because of the polished blower) use q-tips to clean the engine bay every 7 and 1/2 days! Good lord... what have I gotten myself into?!?!

I'm not the show before go type of guy... just the opposite... but, I do keep my car as clean as humanly possible. Claybar every couple/few months, wipe downs couple times a week... I just know that I'll be fondling that damned polished blower constantly now too... I wonder what polish would be best for it?!?! I already have Mother's metal polish, but am not sure if it'll work with the blower and/or the chrome wheels...

I don't see the problem with chrome on the exterior and satin on the interior. I have chrome wheels and I'm planning on getting the satin kit because it matches the intake finish and all of my billet tech goodies.

i dont know why you keep referring to the fact your getting chrome wheels, no one can see the SC under your hood.
