    Got it back, they fixed the damage should never have happened..but I will NEVER be back, BMCP will be doing all my work from now on since the warranty is up anyway lol!

    Kris, did they say anything like "sorry bout this, sorry this happened, sorry we f'd up your car, your next 10 oil changes are free on us"?? Anything at all?? Asshats.

    The service guy was a bit more apologetic when I picked it up compared to how he was in the morning when we went in, so I guess that was good lol!

    wow. you have a lot more self control than I do. I would have been no holds barred. period.

    Glad it got fixed though. I am lucky enough to have found a dealership that seems, so far at least, to be very open. They were the only one out of 4 that agreed to replace all 4 wheels on my Jeep on the spot due to corrosion/pitting after 21K miles. I will be back for all my service there since that happened and see how things progress.
