Oil Spraying On Engine.........wtf

    Put The Jeep On The Lift Yesterday And Noticed Oil All Over The Bottom Of Alternator And Rack And Pinion...oil Filter Was Dry And I Can Not Really See Too Far Up.are There Oil Lines Somewhere That Might Have A Small Leak.also Noticed What Seems To Be Old Antifreeze Coming From Waterpump That Has Trickled Doen The Radiator Hose And Dried All Over It...........looks Really Shitty..i Guess I Will Be Taking It In.........anyone Have Any Ideas?

    hmmm

    Did you recently have an oil change done? If so, where?

    Could be the oil filter is loose, or there is a double gasket...

    Why is this in the S/C forum? You go F/I on us and not share? lol

    Check the drivers side head gasket.

    Are you sure it's engine oil and not tranny or power steering fluid. Cause by your discription, if you were driving a LX, I'd say it was your power steering pump front seal.
