So I went to a big show this weekend......

And this is what I came home with!!!!!



58 cars in my class alone, over 200 cars in all!!! was a big show with lots of nice cars. i was pretty excited to say the least to walk away with top honors!!! lol

i really want to give a special thanks to jon (dragginwagon) for his art work that i used for a new poster i made listing mods. needed something to show what has been done to the car, so i do not give the same speech a million times!!! lol jon, i owe you big!!! not only did he let me use his manifold core so i could powder coat mine, now he let me use some of his "artwork" for my mod poster!!! i also need to thank big earn for his work doing the text and setting up the wording!!

 

Nice win. What kinda car show is it without pictures of women and your car.

 

Nice job there Brudda! Way to rep in the LX community. Next time though... try a car show that's not at the local junk yard! J/K Chrissy! Looks like that red and white car had a "legmaker" mod in the trunk...
either that or it was his wife!

That is a HUGE accomplishment and of course a VERY deserving award.

thanks ron!!! yeah, i felt pretty stoked to recieve this award. last year at the very same show, my car was picked apart and i walked home with nothing..... this year, i have added a few things to finish things up, and spent 9 hours the day before getting things clean. this show has serious judges that pick a car apart for cleanliness and detail!!! lambo doors and big shiny wheels do not win unless it is spotless!!!! lol

the crappy part is that i wore my srt/c black shirt, a black hat, and did not eat anything.....i fell victim to heat stroke by days end and was barely able to get up and get the trophy and then take a few pics....... so bad that jen almost had to drive home....and she has NEVER driven the car before!!!!
