i would like to start off by saying thanks to josh and his crew at hhp. after sending over a mouth dealing with another vendor (through phone calls and pm's) on these forums i was told that my parts would be at there shop for pick up. i made the 2 hour drive to get them and surprise there were no parts waiting for me. when i got back home i quickly picked up the phone and call hhp. i talked to josh and told him i was interested in purchasing a quaife and some axles for my magnum, he told me that the quaife would take 2 day and the axles would take about a week to get them to my door and that would have no problems. i ordered the parts and he was right, i had them within the time he promised me. i live in so cal but still chose to order my parts from the other side of the country. if anybody is thinking of purchasing parts from them i would say that this group of people can be well trusted. i know i do not post alot here but that does not mean i do not know what i am talking about. most people that know me say i have one sick ride, but i am just a guy who loves playing with cars. so thank you hhp i am sure i will be buying more from you very soon.
Great writeup Ralph. I'm seriously thinking about putting their Stage II package in a little later this year.
I have delt with almost every vendor around these forums. But HHP is without a doubt the best there is!!. :thanks: Rick, that package right now today is the most lethal one out. The two fastest 6.1 NA rides run it and DVS has me beat by a fair margine with it. I have run against that cam a few times and on the top end, it fricking hauls ass!!.
Ralph, I heard of your plight. Through someone else, I know what you're talking about, as it kinda happened to them as well. As for you not posting here, BFD. You know your shit, you're a good chap, and that's all that matters.
You guys can't go wrong with this package and Josh is top-notch when it comes to customer service. Everytime I'm there he's constantly on the phone even after 9:00 pm. He's very dedicated to his business and that Stage II package just flat out rocks... I can't wait until I can get it myself!
All my parts came in from HHP on time for my install...and there was a buttload of them. Josh AND Bruce spent a lot of time answering my questions and both seem like straight shooters for sure. I have also discounted some vendors from my selection process...some early one, others later, but thus far...top notch all the way. Bruce even made time out on his weekend to answer something (in my own mind) which was very pertinent prior to my installation.
Thanks for the great write up Ralph! We appreciate your business. I don't think anyone will ever question our dedication to all of you. How many other venders can you guys still reach late at night, no matter what coast you're on. Two more tunes (including Milan's), two new parts to be added to the website, 4 threads about the big NMCA race at Atco June 6-8th, 10 emails that HAVE to be answered and I'm out of here for a few hours sleep then back in at 9am tomorrow morning to do it all over again. When we're here in the office we answer the phones - much to everyone's surprise. If we don't, it's because we're all tied up on customers cars or busy packing up parts to ship out. We're not perfect but we make the effort to try and be... it's a lot to do but it beats having to go out and get real jobs. Thanks for the platform, lol. Ralph, enjoy the mods on your SICK ride!
