That is one cool video!!! Now if only I can get John, Ralph, and Adam to "help" me with the install!!! lol

How much does that thing run, can/should I purchase this if I'm getting a SC later this year, and what gains can I expect? Thanks! - Rick

We should have some numbers posted up by a member on another site within a few days. He also got the Spartan cam installed within the last week. The guy in this video has not been to a track yet so no time to compare with yet for him.

Here's a dyno vid of a Charger SRT Superbee. This is a cam only car and he's also running the Spartan cam. He dyno'd 409 RWHP:

I'd up the lobe separation angle if you're planning on adding a blower. Get in touch with Stu and you can talk options. He can custom grind any cam profile you want.

    yeh, but it's from 1968.

Adam did get it right, with this grind on a blower I'd do it at 114 or 115 for the LSA.

OH, there $385 now. The core provider bumped the price of cores and Crower bumped the price of cams to me $10

    Ok, the numbers are in!!

Same guy from the first video went to the dyno and the track:

    His comments:

I just had the car CMR tuned. If you've been following along, I had Inertia CNC ported, stock-valve heads and a Spartan cam installed last weekend.

Mike at Inertia sent me a pretty good tune which I've been running all week, with no problems. Today, we put the car on the dyno (dynojet/mustang dyno) and it put up around 420hp and 400 lbs of torque. Pretty respectable numbers.

They tinkered with some stuff and made another pull. WOW!! This time it put out about 440hp and 425 lbs of torque!! That's the only alterations I needed, the car was running really strong and the numbers are great. I'm very happy right now.

They sure are - his car is a 300C SRT8. Mods are heads and cam. Still has his stock exhaust!

Yes his timeslip is the one on the right. Stock tires - he needs some DR's to really hook up and improve the 60' time and he may close in on (or get into) the 11's.

He ran a 12.8 with a 2.0-.1 60 in what someone else said was a +2600ft DA. So corrected puts him in the 12.4 range and if he can get his 60's down into the low 1.7's, he's an 11 for sure!!.

Ooops, sorry my bad lol...I had the magnum R/T guy in my head and missed the reference about the first guy. Very nice...especially with the stock exhaust...those heads would probably flow much better with the whole package.
