I went into the gas station today and asked for five dollars worth of gas.... The clerk farted and gave me a receipt.
Everytime I go to the gas station I just Cry.:cry: Freakin' gas prices suck!!! I might every once in awhile fart in the car though...:whistle:
I just payed about $3.99 for 93 octane out in Northwest burbs of Chicago on Friday afternoon and had to refill again on Sunday night for $3.97/gallon. At the rate were going I probably won't be driving my T/A all the much this summer since that cost me $67 at one time last summer and it has a 21 gallon tank.
im going to go put gas in my truck right now (takes 89) and im going to pay more than $4 even at the cheap station lol and if i farted it would be worth WAY more than $5 hahahahahaha
You know what's funny Nev? At lunch I stop to get gas, put my gas card in the pump and it flips out for a moment, finally it says to go ahead and pump. I put the nozzle in and set the little latch to pump on it's own and go wash the windows. I come back and see it stopped at $5. WTF, I didn't put in $5, I never do, this ain't 1980, that's not enough to get me out of the station, lol!! I try to pump more but it's done and says, "Come again!" So I put my card back in and proceed to fill my tank with no glitch. Hmmm. So after I'm looking at the receipts and the $5 one says it was "prepaid", it wasn't charged to my card. Turns out I got $5 worth of gas for free! Unfortunately at $4.15/gallon I didn't even get 1 gallon!!!!!! Doh! I think I'd rather just have the clerks fart instead, lol.
You're right, that should be 1.2 gals. My point is still the same, at 9 mpg it's barely enough to get home, lol!!
