Not necessarily... If a member, especially an OG (Original Gangster) leaves the Eastlake/San Diego area in good standing (aka: they show to M&G, and kid's birthday parties), they're forever a member holding full privileges. However, if someone is in bad standing, well, then its up for a vote amongst the EQ-OG's even if they remain local, as to whether or not they maintain membership.
