Hey guys, needing some advice here. The new 426 setup from PPP is going through the stock converter like a hot knife through butter, and I need a new torque converter. What is the best one? Where can I get one? And does anyone know of any deals? Thanks in advance guys.

Um....YEAH!!!! MAAAAAAAJOR!!! Once I get the synthetic Royal Purple in, get this torque converter installed, and get the tune 100% (90mmTB), it'll be SERIOUS!!!!

Dyno was 460hp and 450tq. But this torque converter is the missing link, my stock one is slipping bad, so a bit of the power is getting lost. There have been a few guys previous that did an NA 426 setup like mine, WITHOUT the 90mmTB and extruded manifold, and dyno'd 490ish. So I'm hoping after the oil change, the torque converter, and finalizing the tune (this TB is still off a little bit) I'll kill 500 with no worries. I'm gonna post pics and reviews, It's just been a busy weekend for me and my wife, and to be honest I'm just tired.

Thanks Markus! I'll have my local fabricator/installer do the converter install & oil change. And then I'll hit the local dyno. I'm not makin that drive again any time soon!!!!

Chase, I'd run what Jeremy runs. Works for him, should for you.
