    the last time i consciously sat down to watch a hockey game was when the Rangers won the Stanely cup in 94...i should try watching it some more...

    i always got frustrated when basically every single playoff game went into at least 1 overtime

    I know what ya mean, I hate that too, I WANT A WINNER!! Kinda like the end of NBA games nowadays, they go on and on and on with timeout after timeout after timeout, THEY NEVER END!! The last 60 seconds of most games last 20 minutes, doh!! Playoff hockey is pretty exciting though, fans REALLY get into it and it makes for some good stuff!

    Yeah, I wonder what happened. I know out of respect, most places stop selling at concessions during the national anthems (we do that here in Albuquerque at least at all the sports stadiums).


    In any case, I wouldn't push the panic button just yet.

    Eh, I watched two playoff games for the Pens back in the late 90's go 4 and 5 overtimes, respectively. That's the best, on the edge of your seat, sudden death hockey. :cheers:
