Not what you're thinking, kids... Was on the way home from gassing-up and decided to take a side street instead of the usual route. I come to the intersection (for the locals) of Olympic and Hunte, I'm set-up in the left hand turn lane... ... when what do I see at the intersection perpendicular to me (heading East on Olympic)?!?! A bright red newer Mustang... a GT500? Rousch? Couldn't tell, but the driver is HAWKING my car BIG TIME. He makes a right turn onto Hunte... a notoriously dead traffic area... where many of the EQ have 'tested' launches and burnouts... and donuts... I said to myself, screw it, and when the light changed, I veered over and went straight across the intersection in hot pursuit! I caught up with him as he was making a u-turn and I followed suit. Pulled up next to him, its a Rousch Mustang that has "360 HP" in white letters on the hood. I goose it, and he gives me the thumbs up. I figured "game on"... but alas, he didn't have any interest... We were going around 30ish, so I dropped her down into 1st and nailed it... tire spin and I was off. Thought I was gonna have a nice race, but it was not to be. Very cool guy though.
I ran into a Ford GT yesterday. I thought, "hell, me trying to get him to race would be like a Toyota Corolla trying to get me to race"...so I said screw it and we both just cruised down H street.
yeah you'd have smoked the roush if it was a stage 1 or 2 most likely.... no roush's come with 360hp though...so it was probably a modded roush stage 2 if i had to guess (if it was a roush)

Yea, someone's got a new Stage 3 round the corner here and I'm curious to run him, see what happens (hey, car's only as fast as someone can drive it). I'm a little surprised Jason that he backed down, never known a Stang driver to do that (me included, lol!). Either he didn't know how to drive his car or ... he was showing dick some respect!!! Either way if it was a stage 1 or 2 (like stevo said) you'd have killed him. Still, surprising he backed down, I guess there are mustang owners out there with half a brain, lol! (remember everyone, I OWN a mustang) btw Jason, there's no C in Roush, just S. Don't want to upset the Mustang guys, lol!!
