Want to get the MOST out of a complete upgrade to my suspension...so I would like the recommendations for everything that my SRT8 family can give me...from coilovers to sways...Want all products that will work on our car that have been tested to be tried and true...now I also want a listing from best to o.k.

have a couple friends (both worked for Chrysler as master mechanics and have been in the racing/performance world for years)starting a performance shop and want to know what's good as far as after market suspension systems for our sleds, from most expensive (best) to least expensive (o.k.) that we as potential customers would recommend

Help me out. I am also working on getting them onboard as vendors here.

Got a full set of Pedders poly bushings on now, on top of Hotchkis sways and V2's. Great for cornering hard. Weight transfer lag is now about zero. But if you do rough roads or dig ride comfort over performance its not for you.

Coilovers and sways give you most of the performance bump. Put bushings on after and you will say "wow cool thats better" but you won't be blown away by it.

To go on the cheap, do sways first. You already have good suspension. If you are happy stop. Then go with coilovers if you want to get a little better than the stock SRT shocks/springs. If you still want more and are willing to go with a hard ride to get it, blow a small fortune on the bushings and take it to the edge.

The end links made a diff in the way the car rolled in the corners. its much more stable now...it also got rid of a slight clunk i had in the front end.

Jmatts rear end suspension works like a dream. I just got to tinkering around with it today. Bud I got more stuff to adjust then you. And I am sure I will be adjusting it often to find the perfect spot. It also comes with 2 sets of springs so you have your drag springs and race springs.

Trust me...later this year when I start my new job in Houston I'm going to be a mod freak. I'll have 426, twin screw blower. JMatts' coilovers, and I'm gonna top it off with a 500 shot. And I'll throw on some spinners for good measure! :guns:

The links... you need those when you lower the car so it can be aligned correctly right? or am I thinking of something else.

Ok, the cars are dam near impossible to align to spec when they're stock. Then when you drop them the tops of the tires are leaning in. Isn't there some sort of links that help with that or is it just the camber bolts/kit that I'm thinking of.

I'm not really clear on that. But I think the gist of it is that I'm supposed to ride herd on you and Momo. Since staff can only delete on their own forums they made me management.

Rick, didn't Mike from DMS talk about that in your Pedders thread or am I thinking of something else??

Dave, Precision Alignment did mine after the coilovers were installed and they reset the front cradle and aligned it up, no problems and it's in specs (I've got the align sheet if you're interested in seeing it?).
