U-connect or screw connect?

Lately when I try to answer a call and hit the u-connect button as rosie instructs... The damn thing hangs up instead of answers. Any suggestions?

 

Just in case...
sure you're not hitting the button twice ('cause you're offroading or somthing at the time)?
Sure you're not holding the button too long?

if you're on a call and hit the button it hangs up?
if you're on a call and press'n'hold it will transfer the call to the phone?

 

i usually just hit talk on the phone

which is generally hard to do with your face down there all the tme
