First off, I must apologize to Dan and Heidi for this being so late. I was fortunate enough to receive a pre-production set of fuel rails from BT for the spring festival. The quality of these pieces is first rate (as usual). Dan even custom made my hold-down brackets for me to accomodate taller injectors. Once the fittings were figured out, they were a breeze to install. I installed mine a little different that most probably will, so the parts list below may be excessive for your application. I replaced all the fuel line from the hard line to the rails with -8 fittings and hose and I did a front cross-over. You may be able to use the factory spring clamp fitting at the end of the passenger rail (with an adapter), but I chose to do everything at once. I sourced most of my fittings from Summit Racing and their part numbers are the ones listed. A few things I picked up at a local Earl's supplier because I was running out of shipping time when putting these together. When putting your fitting list together, it is important to note that the 8 o-ring to 8 flare fitting at the ends of the rails must come from Billet Tech. On their rails, the chamfer and o-ring are on the fitting NOT the rail as with most other fuel rails. All other fittings used can be any brand. Trust me, its not hard. http://www.popularhotrodding.com/enginemasters/articles/hardcore/0412em_fittings/index.html Last, but not least. Thanks to MOL for helping me (honestly he did the majority of it).
Not right now, but if you get in touch with them they can make anything custom. Maybe there's a market for the SRT10s. Get in touch with them here by sending a PM to BTDan or at www.billettechnology.com

That worked but... So if I want to put braided lines on my catch can do I have to change the fittings on the can also? What about the PCV valve and the one on the manifold that has a bulge in it? On my catch can it looks as if I can unscrew the straight fitting that is on there but then I have to match the threads right? I don't want unfinished ends on my braided lines. I guess they wouldn't be AN fittings but is there something that finishes a braided line and goes on there without the unsightly screw clamp? I'm assuming they have something to fit on most anything that "looks" AN? Can fitting Manifold fitting
I'm sure there are some dress-up products available, but no you won't be able to use true AN fittings on your PCV valve or manifold fittings.
I forgot to post the link earlier... Here is another site with a ton of great -AN plumbing info including conversions to NPT and Tube OD. Including instructions. http://www.amstreetrod.com/TechHelp.php4
I don't have the hard numbers, but the interior measurements were taken off of rails that are good for > 1,000 HP. The interior hole is 1/2" (-8 AN). The stockers look like 3/8" to me. PM BTDan, he should know exactly how much bigger they are. From Dan's thread on lxforums, "The inside bore is almost large enough to place your stock rail inside." I'm pretty sure that it is more than that.
Front cross-over to ensure that fuel pressure in both rails is balanced, the OEM set-up puts 5 injectors on one side of the feed and only 3 on the other side. More available fuel for running bigger injectors with heads/cam, nitrous, or boost. They're pretty. And in my case, an investment for the future...
Cool....thanks for the response buddy! That's kinda what I figured because I too will be adding H/C/I and a power adder later this year...and some new fuel rails!!!!
