HELP!! Carbon By Design valve covers

    ordered the 6.1 valve covers and am having trouble putting them on. any tips please let me know. cutting, taking off old ones, leaving the old ones on, etc. please help. thanks

    Are these valve Covers or the plastic Coil Pack Covers?

    If they are the Coil Pack covers, grab both ends of the cover and pull straight with some force.

    These are held on to the actual valve cover by rubber boots, so do not be scared you will break something.

    it looks like they could be the vavle covers and are long enough to cover the coil packs as well. i can get the injector covers off(the covers that say 6.1 hemi on it) easy it is just putting on the CBD covers.
