Did you try the key dance? If you really need it, I can have Ralph bring up my generic OBD2 tool tomorrow. Of course he probably has one too.
Depends what you're looking for. I think the key dance will only display "asserted" codes and not the "pending" ones. Pending ones would be those that take more than one fault before being asserted and lighting the CEL. Like the not reaching temp withing 10 minutes (or something) after startup. I think that has to happen on 3 consecutive startups before the code is asserted. One or two of them will be "pending" in the queue if the third one hasn't happened yet and triggered the CEL. here is the procedure: http://www.lxforums.com/board/showthread.php?t=12361
That's true, but to see pending codes or stored codes you typically need a dealer tool. Most OBD2 scanners will only report active codes. Even the Predator only reports active codes.
Thanks guys, but it's a Jeep, not an LX. Turns out, there is no way. And Adam, I already sent a text to Ralphy. This one has me baffled right now.
Ralph doesn't get texts. You may want to call or PM him, I know he is heading your way in the afternoon.
